If, for any reason, our experts fail to respond within the specified timeframe, the user has the right to request a refund of the fees paid. Upon approval of the user's refund request, a refund will be initiated to the user's original method of payment or credit card. The user can expect to receive the refund within 7 days, subject to the policies of their card issuer or original payment provider. Additionally, we offer a money-back guarantee for the user's first question. If the user is unsatisfied with the answer provided by our experts, they can request a refund by contacting us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 hours of receiving the answer. If a user decides to cancel the "Ask a Question" service after payment, they must send a cancellation request to email@example.com within the first hour of their transaction being processed. It is important to note that a cancellation request cannot be made if our expert has already provided a response to the user's question, even if it falls within the first hour. The refund for cancellation will follow the refund policy mentioned above. For cancellations of "Guruji Speaks Premium Counselling" sessions, users must inform us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 hours of booking the session.
