This website, its associated mobile applications, and the services provided through them (referred to as the "Platform") are owned by NKB Divine Vedic Sciences and/or its affiliates ("Guruji Speaks"). Guruji Speaks ("we," "us," and "our") is fully committed to respecting your privacy and protecting it in accordance with this privacy policy ("Privacy Policy"). DEFINITIONS "Account" refers to the password-protected/OTP-protected member registration account created by users to access and use the Platform. "Non-personal Identification Information" refers to any non-personal information collected from you when you access or use the Platform. This may include browser names, computer types, technical information about your connection to the Platform (such as operating systems and internet service providers), and similar information. This includes, but is not limited to, information you provide when visiting the Platform, registering, applying for a position, responding to a survey, filling out a form, or engaging in other activities, services, features, or resources available on the Platform. However, you may also visit our Platform anonymously. Guruji Speaks will only collect Personal Identification Information from you if you voluntarily submit such information. You can always refuse to provide Personal Identification Information, except that it may prevent you from engaging in certain activities or accessing certain services available on the Platform. "Sensitive personal data or information" ("SPDI") consists of information relating to the following: (i) passwords; (ii) financial information such as bank account, credit card, debit card, or other payment instrument details; (iii) physical, physiological, and mental health conditions; (iv) sexual orientation; (v) medical records and history; (vi) biometric information; (vii) any detail relating to the above clauses as provided to a body corporate for providing a service; and (viii) any information received under the above clauses by a body corporate for processing, storage, or processing under a lawful contract or otherwise. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, Non-personal Identification Information, Personal Identification Information, and SPDI will collectively be referred to as "Information." "Third Party" refers to any person or entity other than you or us.

You have the right to request access to the information we hold about you. We will provide access to that information in accordance with applicable laws, although certain exemptions may apply. An administration fee may be charged for granting access to information.

We will make reasonable efforts to accurately record the information you provide to us, including any subsequent updates. You have the ability to review, update, and amend the information we maintain about you. Furthermore, you may request the deletion of inaccurate, incomplete, or irrelevant information, or information processed in violation of applicable legal requirements. Except for other platforms owned by Guruji Speaks, you acknowledge and agree that these applications and websites are operated by Third Parties and are not controlled, affiliated, or associated with us unless expressly specified. Therefore, we do not govern the privacy practices or policies of these Third-Party applications and websites accessed through links from our Platform.
